CORE Education Ltd has enjoyed a decade of establishing itself as a leader in the education system particularly both in terms of the areas in which we work and in the way we work. This has been due to the commitment, expertise and professionalism of the staff of CORE.
The company was formed in 2003 and for many years has been run by a small Executive Team. The recent retirement of Dr Vince Ham has led us to relook at our structure and plan for the future. We believe it is now important for us to consider how we can remain agile and best prepared to meet the opportunities we will face in the next decade, and to ensure we create opportunities both for the company and for all staff as leaders in the educational community.
Central to all of our thinking is the fundamental concept of Tātai Aho Rau, the weaving together of the diverse strands of activity and range of skills, knowledge and experience that currently exist within CORE.
We are pleased to announce that the following new roles have been created to work as part of the new Senior Leadership Team:
These staff will join Deanne Thomas and Wharehoka Wano (CORE’s Kaihautū Māori) as the Senior Leadership Team.
Over the next few months we will be working with the new team to identify a number of other new roles identified to support CORE into the future.
We look forward to working with this new team to push the boundaries of educational possibilities into the next decade of CORE’s activity.
