Enabling e-Learning is the Ministry of Education's online hub for ICT-related resources and programmes for New Zealand teachers and school leaders.

The Enabling e-Learning web presence is part of the Ministry of Education's Learning with Digital Technologies programme for developing the e-learning capability of the schooling sector. The key objective of this development is to increase the quantity of quality ICT-mediated student outcomes.

The project is managed by CORE Education as part of the Te Toi Tupu consortium. It comprises the TKI website, which includes content to support teachers and school leaders in building e-learning capability; as well as a number of professional learning communities within the Virtual Learning Network (VLN). Both the content and community websites are underpinned by the five dimensions of the e-Learning Planning Framework.
