Ruthanne is an experienced educator, facilitator and leader.  She has a background in primary teaching but for the last 11 years has specialised in teaching English Language learners in years 0 - 13, both face-to-face and online. For the last four years she has also led the online Accelerated English Language Learning (ACCELL) programme as eprincipal.

I enjoy supporting teachers in their professional learning and seeing the personal growth and fulfillment when it results in improved outcomes for students. I am passionate about empowering all learners to have agency in their learning journey - whether teachers or students.  I believe that all learners can achieve success with appropriate support.
