An opportunity has opened for a proactive, reliable and independent individual for the role of Office Administrator to join our busy administration team here at CORE Education (CORE).
Duties will include: Providing general administration support for CORE projects and teams, and formatting official/formal documentation and internal documentation to a professional standard, including ‘front of house’ reception duties.
All of this will require regular liaison with colleagues and clients at all levels both internally and externally; so good interpersonal skills and a confident telephone manner are essential, as is a flexible approach to work.
A good knowledge of the English language, strong communication skills and good telephone manner are all essential.
The role has the potential to be busy and requires someone who demonstrates initiative, discretion and has a proactive attitude. You will be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, setting up systems and possess strong administrative skills. A demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to work both individually and in a team are critical. At the heart of CORE’s values and practice is Tātai Aho Rau and our commitment to our bicultural identity. Experience or knowledge with Māori/Pasifika would be an advantage.
