An overwhelming body of research is highlighting the excessive stress faced by New Zealand’s educators.
CORE, in partnership with NESLI (Australia), is providing the Educators’ Wellbeing Toolkit - a group development program designed to help schools create a professional climate which is conducive to the optimal health and wellbeing of all staff, and to help improve social capital across the organisation.
Already successful in Australia, the Toolkit assists individuals to proactively manage their own wellbeing and provides strategies for professional communities to better understand and support each other. Highly flexible delivery ensures the Toolkit can be undertaken with minimal impact to existing staff responsibilities.
