The Wellbeing Toolkit is a self-paced programme designed to be delivered within existing staff meeting environments, therefore ensuring a minimal amount of additional time from participants.
The content is organised within five modules and each module is introduced using an expert online tutorial. These lay the foundation for interactive peer learning sessions which follow each tutorial and are facilitated by one or more nominated Toolkit Leaders within the staff.
Toolkit Leaders are provided with a comprehensive facilitation guide including full transcripts of video content, discussion prompts and practical activities. As well as this the facilitation guide includes Q & A tips to support the facilitator with any potentially difficult situations that may arise during the discussions. Utilising internal resources to deliver the programme enables schools/centres to build their own internal capability for supporting staff health and wellbeing.
