Delegates will need to be registered and seated in the auditorium by 8.15am on Thursday 26th January. Please give yourself enough time to PARK,WALK,REGISTER and BE SEATED by this time.

Laptops - iPads

Charging stations will be available in the Claudelands Event Centre outside HALL B. Many of the breakout rooms will also have charging facilities for laptops. Don't forget to name your bag and your laptop-ipad with your contact phone number, name, and school. Delegates will be responsible for the security of their own devices so please don't leave them lying around. Limited storage for bags will be available by Hall B.

For those of you who can't do without your daily COFFEE FIX, don't worry. We have a coffee cart in Claudelands Hall A, which will be available throughout the conference.

Newbies session

A newbies session will be run at 7.15am on Thursday 26th January in the Upper concourse, directly above registration.

This session will bring you up-to-speed about conference events and also introduce you to the use of social media during the conference.

We know many of you will be keen to have your own networking debriefing sessions during the conference, so we are opening both Heaphy 1 and Heaphy 3 rooms in the Claudelands Event centre during the lunch breaks for you to meet with your colleagues. Both rooms will be open from 12.30-1.30pm on both days.
