Digital Skills for Support and Admin staff

Do you have administration or support staff who are not yet fully utilising digital tools and ways of working? This practical and hands-on workshop will focus on supporting these essential team members to use technology in their work and programmes. It will include an introduction to web based tools like Google Suite (email, docs, etc) as well as some key online tools widely used in classrooms and for teacher collaboration.

Learning outcomes

Participants will:

  • have an improved understanding of the use of collaborative tools including for student focussed and professional purposes
  • understand how to use browser-based email
  • be aware of key tools used in classrooms and how to support students and others to use them effectively.
