Are you leading collaborative change in your setting? Participants in this workshop will learn about and experience strategies for creating collaboration within and across teams, or even the whole school. The focus will be on ways of supporting teachers to develop skills and strategies for their own collaborative practice. Practical and concrete examples will be shared and participants will leave with a range of strategies they can put into action in their own settings.

Learning outcomes

  • gain an understanding of what collaboration looks like for students and teachers
  • know how to develop collaborative teams
  • understand processes which support effective conversations with staff moving towards more collaborative practice
  • identify key elements of an essential team agreement and be ready to establish one with your team/s
