CORE Education are partnering with University of Canterbury (UC) with a special offer for people who have recently completed one or more of the Empower programmes, and are keen to further their learning. The innovative and popular postgraduate course, ‘Transforming Education in Canterbury’, is now customised to build on the CORE Modern Learning online programmes. The work and achievements of ‘Empower graduates’ will be recognised both in the course activities, and will feed directly into at least one of the major course assessments.

A limited number of Dean’s Awards of $1,000* will be available for 2016: EDEM682 Special Topic: Transforming Education in Canterbury. The selection criteria will be:
*This will contribute towards the Course Fees, effectively reducing the full Domestic fee from $1740 to $740. A Student Services Levy will also apply and educators may apply for a rebate of up to 50% of the Student Services Levy (in most cases this reduces the SSL to $385).
