Rachel is a highly capable project manager, business analyst and change agent with 20 year’s experience traversing multiple sectors including finance, health services, local government and information technology.
From 2012 to 2017, Rachel worked across the Christchurch City Council, leading the delivery of number of pan-organisation initiatives including the establishment of the Great for Christchurch – Procurement Programme, the development of the Christchurch City Council Procurement Strategy and a comprehensive review of City Services Contract Management practices.
Rachel has a passion and extensive experience with Agile methodologies and has successfully implemented agile tools and techniques across both IT and operational environments. She is a skilled facilitator and excels at building teams and delivering positive project outcomes through collaboration, coaching, mentoring and supporting team members.
Rachel holds both PRINCE2 and Better Business Case Practitioner certifications and has trained extensively in process improvement techniques.
