Experience the benefits of mindfulness and focus on your mental wellbeing with Jase Te Patu, founder and CEO of M3 Mindfulness in this easy and interactive six-week online programme.
Create a toolkit of mindfulness, movement, Māori pūrākau sleep stories, and whakataukī to support you with your own wellbeing.
Mindfulness means “paying attention to what’s happening right now, without judging”.
Blending science-based international perspectives and a local and indigenous worldview, weekly bilingual mindfulness meditation practices will help you navigate big emotions with awareness.

- Share some mindfulness meditation practices with your ākonga and whānau.
Who is this for?
This online programme is for all educators in the education pathway, from early childhood to secondary right up to Tumuaki (Principals) who want exercises to develop resilience and support mental wellbeing.
Programme format - How does it work?
Registrations are open from October 2022, and the programme begins at the start of Term 1 2023.
From Term 1 2023, you can register for the programme and start at any time.
Mindfulness and meditation is a practice, so once you begin, you need to commit to completing the modules and meditation exercises within six weeks.
You will receive a link to the learning platform, Learning Pool Stream, one week after you register. You have one week to complete each task which will take 90 minutes of your time per week.
In addition to the guided meditation practice, you will be able to interact with other participants using the forum within the platform.
There will also be one live webinar per term with Jase Te Patu that is included in the programme.

Upon completing this CORE online programme, participants will be able to download a digital badge to add to their professional learning e-portfolio.

About Jase and M3 Mindfulness
Jase Te Patu hails from Ngāti Apa, Ngāti Tuwharetoa and Ngāti Ruanui. He is a popular TED Talk speaker, Edmund Hillary Fellow, and award-winning teacher of yoga and mindfulness. He is a master of facilitating people of all ages.
