In Jase's own words

“I have experienced, first-hand, the cost of poor mental and emotional health. Five of my friends have passed from suicide over the years, which has left a lasting impression. My own personal practices of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness have saved my life. Through my mahi at M3 Mindfulness, I get to share these beautiful skills and tools with a whole school community, that’s the ākonga, with our new App, the whānau and now with you, our kaiako.”
