Hinerangi is leading a newly formed Community of Learning | Kāhui Ako. The Kāhui Ako has a variety of ethnicities within their leadership group and is in an area that has a high Māori population. Within their group, they are looking for support to develop their leadership capabilities through a Māori lens. Having heard really good things about CORE’s coaching and mentoring programme, they’ve identified that working with a mentor will provide a neutral person who will support the robust discussions they need to have to help them develop further as an effective Kāhui Ako.
