Mark has been working in the areas of modern learning environments and modern learning practice for a number of years since becoming Deputy Principal at Albany Senior High School in Auckland.
He has worked with dozens of schools to help them build new learning spaces and retrofit existing ones to support learning that is truly future-focused.
MLE Implementation
Critical friend to a wide range of schools (including Hobsonville Point Primary and Secondary, Hereora Cluster; Nelson College for Girls; Ngatea and Hampden Street Schools) who are building innovative learning spaces, either from scratch or by turning existing classroom blocks into modern learning environments.
MLE Planning
Has assisted visioning, community consultation, and prototyping processes for many Christchurch schools as part of their rebuilds, including Sumner, Leeston, Opawa, and Wakefield Schools.
