This 10 week online programme, follows on from Become a coach or mentor, and explores how mentoring and coaching systems may be designed and implemented in your setting.
By the end of this online programme, you will be able to:
investigate mentoring/coaching as a way to support whole organisation change and transform practice
understand how the coaching and mentoring can apply in different circumstances to affect change in both people and organisations
explore the practical applications of embedding mentoring/coaching systems and explore key tools to support practice within these systems
design a programme most appropriate to your settings needs.
This online programme is for anyone who has completed the first course, ‘become a coach or mentor’ and is also open to middle/senior leaders or in mentoring and/or coaching roles; those in mentoring roles wishing to implement mentoring and coaching systems in their setting.
This 10 week online programme is divided into 10 modules:
Designing a successful approach
Modules will be supported by webinars held in late afternoons.
Upon completing this CORE online programme, participants will be able to download a digital badge to add to their professional learning e-portfolio.
