Primary professional development solutions

As part of improving practice leaders and teachers reflect on their practice. Teaching as inquiry is a process that allows cyclical reflection.

  • Leading learning. Having the skills and processes to lead pedagogical practice is an important part of leadership in a school. We will work with your leadership team on ways to build reflective practice into teachers thinking.
  • Gathering and using evidence. We will assist you and your staff to set up action research inquiries, focusing on individual and/or school priorities. This would involve selecting the focus and guidance for gathering and using evidence about the impact of their teaching on their students.
  • Facilitating discussions. Sharing practice and receiving and giving feedback from other teachers helps when considering what to do next. Our experienced facilitators will support the conversations to bring about a deeper understanding of effective pedagogy.
  • Primary
  • Secondary

We believe the best way for you to take advantage of our engaging professional learning opportunities is to work with us as a whole school or cluster with other schools.
