Laurence Zwimpfer has been involved with the development of school ICT infrastructure for thirty years. During the last twenty years, ICT infrastructure strategies have been largely shaped by a group of education digital pioneers from schools, tertiary institutions, the Ministry of Education, and the ICT industry. In this chapter, Lawrence outlines specific examples and addresses the continuing challenge of ensuring that the increasing scope of ICT remains ‘in sync’ with current policy and curriculum.
