Professional profile

Jaime brings more than 7 years of teaching experience in both mainstream and rumaki education to Tātai Aho Rau Core Education. Over the last two years Jaime was actively involved in designing hauora Māori curriculum integration into a Health Professional programme at the University of Otago. Jaime is an advocate of education that supports equitable outcomes for all.

Jaime is passionate about creating safe learning environments for staff and whānau to explore cultural competency in an open manner that works toward eliciting positive outcomes for both Tangata whenua and Tangata Tiriti.
