In this kōrero with Matalena Tuiloma and Vui Suli Tuitaupe, they reflect on Vui Suli's uLearn23 session where he discussed family as the foundation for Pacific health and wellbeing, serving as a positive role model and being vulnerable to see youth and others thrive. Vui Suli also discusses role in Moana Vā and the impact in communities that support Pacific families and youth championing gender identity and LGBTQ+ communities. Touching on how challenging it is for anyone within Pacific communities to be bold and understand the intersectionality of culture and sexuality.  Additionally they kōrero on health access and knowledge, and the challenge is to provide normalcy to whānau on youth who have special needs and equitable treatment for pacific aiga.
