Te Whāriki 2017

He purapura i ruia mai i Rangiātea e kore e ngaro.
A seed sown in Rangiātea will never be lost.

CORE Education is under contract to the Ministry of Education to roll out a second nationwide contract to support the implementation of Te Whāriki 2017. While this programme is open to all early learning services, services who have yet to engage in professional development around Te Whāriki 2017 will be prioritised. We hope to work with as many early learning services as we can in this short, action-focused programme. If you have any questions or are keen to hear more, please email tewhariki@core-ed.ac.nz

You can also visit Te Whāriki Online to access resources and material, including the introductory workshop videos, webinar series and stories of practice.

Te Whāriki 2017 - 2018 Webinars | Ngā Kauhaurangi

A series of 10 webinars were developed to support understandings of Te Whāriki 2017. Each one-hour webinar explores a different aspect of Te Whāriki.

These are intended to support services to weave their own curriculum design as they engage in critical inquiry around Te Whāriki 2017.

Recordings of each webinar are now available and can be viewed individually or as a team at a time that best suits.
