She has extensive experience in senior leadership roles as Deputy Principal and Principal in the Primary sector. She has impacted transformative change in her role as Centre Manager in both English-medium and Pacific led early learning settings.
Her mentoring, coaching and management skills clearly focus on best teaching practice and research to meet the learning needs of every child. She sets high expectations of herself and others she works with.
